I always photograph properties using a tripod, exposing for highlights through the windows and shadows across the room and blending together to create a balanced light across the image (HDR). I prefer to shoot with the lights switched off.
I prefer the natural light without the orange glow from artificial light; I find it looks more professional, too.

Video is an increasingly popular way of viewing a property, allowing clients to get a feel of the home in the comfort of their own.
Utilising 3-axis stabilisation, artificial lighting where necessary and post production editing create an engaging virtual tour, either a complete walk through or clip-by-clip overview of the property.
Videos will include graphics and audio for a well rounded and professional finish.
